The new Medoc TMP52 meat mincer is a large fresh meat mincing machine capable of mincing meat as low a zero degrees C. The machine is built to the usual high specifications of Medoc. The machine comes as standard with a 10HP main drive motor and also outlet protection to allow mincing out using plate holes sizes above 8mm.
The Medoc meat mincer is made entirely from 18/8 stainless steel, and features a 80 litre feed pan.
